This feel-good sports film, based on a true story, sees two American agents decide to tap into the Indian market to acquire new talent through a contest they call Million Dollar Arm - a cross between a cricket game and Britain’s Got Talent – which will identify the best bowlers to bring to the US for the chance to get a major league baseball contract. The two selected candidates at first struggle to learn the game and with the demands of a new culture, with everything from elevators to pizza they’ve never encountered in rural India. But they won’t give up easily.
