Synopsis

Robert Dean is a devoted father, husband, and attorney working in Washington D.C. His life quickly spirals out of control when a videotape capturing the murder of a congressman at the hands of Thomas Reynolds, a corrupt official at the National Security Agency, is planted on him. In an attempt to cover his tracks, Reynolds tries to frame Dean for the murder, forcing him on the run. With the help of an ex-intelligence expert, Dean attempts to thrown Reynolds off the trail and prove his innocence, while the security forces are probing ever deeper into his life. A smart, engaging thriller with political resonance around issues of surveillance and law-enforcement.

What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."

- Marlon Perkins, Teacher, Whitstable and Seasalter Endowed CofE Junior School, Kent
