Behind the scenes of Shaun The Sheep The Movie - Part 1

The long wait is over, and finally the first video of our Green Light to Opening Night project can be revealed, with reporter Jess going behind the scenes of Shaun the Sheep The Movie.

Watch as Jess heads to Aardman Animations in Bristol to get advice from the experts on how to tell great stories on the big screen. Producers, writers and storyboard artists all took the time to talk about how Shaun the Sheep was created, what he's been up to so far and why they felt he was deserving of a feature length outing.

They also talk about the huge effort that goes into producing a feature length stop-motion animation, and the unique challenges of creating a film without any dialogue.

Stay tuned for more behind the scenes videos with Jess as we journey even further into Aardman's studios, looking at all the processes involved in making a movie on this scale, and meeting the huge array of filmmakers and experts who make it happen.
