Robert kidnaps rich, spoilt Celine. At least, that is what he thinks he is doing. But Celine is no cowering hostage, and the two develop an uneasy criminal partnership. Which is useful for the angels who have been sent down to make them fall in love. Crime, comedy, love, musical sequences and heavenly plans are all in the mix in this energetic adventure directed by Danny Boyle.
