Synopsis

The two brave Gauls head off to Egypt to help build a palace for the legendary queen and if it can't be done in double-quick time, the architect will be fed to the royal crocodiles. It turns out that Cleopatra has made a bet with Julius Caesar and anything that will annoy the Romans is a good thing in the view of Asterix and the other villagers. This is one of the Asterix films made with real actors (rather than the cartoon versions) and it is lots of fun all the way through.

"The art of discussion has improved and the breadth of language used has been enhanced by the variety of films watched, all of which we order free from the Into Film website."
