Not all of us can get into the university or college we want when the time comes and for Bartleby Gaines, that's exactly what happens. But with his parents desperate for him to attend the most prestigious institution possible, Bartleby's not going to take the bad news lying down. Instead, he finds an empty building and after working up some dodgy paperwork declares that this is the college that he's been accepted into, much to his parents' delight. The only problem is that a) it doesn't exist, and b) due to a technical mishap, a small army of fellow misfits have now enrolled at the college too!
