This Singaporean film is about love, but it's no soppy Hollywood romance. It tells the stories of four characters who seem very different from each other, but who all long for affection. At the centre is 61 year-old Theresa, who teaches disabled children English. Theresa is not a fictional character though - she plays herself - and has been deaf and blind since she was a teenager. This surprising blend of fact and fiction makes Be With Me all the more poignant.
Exquisitely beautiful film set in 1960s Hong Kong about a man and woman who are married to other people but find themselves drawn to one another.
