Decaying dolls, tables that come to life, phantom museum exhibits and dark, fairytale woods all feature in the short films of directing duo The Quay Brothers (identical twins Stephen and Timothy Quay). Using stop-motion animation and puppetry, the Brothers create bizarre, shadowy worlds all of their own. The films don't feature conventional dialogue or narrative, but cleverly combine music and images to create dream-like, hypnotic atmospheres. This collection takes you down the rabbit hole into their fascinating, uncanny universe.
