Synopsis

If you like your action movies loud, fast and intense, then this slice of exaggerated escapism will be right up your street! Following in the footsteps of such tough girl tales as Salt and Hanna, it chucks out originality in favour of thrilling set pieces and gun-blasting mayhem, as Colombian youngster Cataleya embarks on a deadly path after witnessing her parents’ murder. With her thuggish uncle in America as a trainer, and eventual boss, she grows up to be a first class, adult assassin, driven by her desire to ultimately track down the killers who destroyed her childhood. But her high-profile professional hits have unwanted repercussions: playing havoc with her personal life, and attracting FBI attention that could completely scupper her revenge mission.
