A drunken one-night stand tests the limits of a friendship and a sibling relationship in this witty and well-observed comedy drama. Still coming to terms with his brother's death, Jack (Mark Duplass) needs time to clear his head. His best friend Iris (Emily Blunt) packs him off to her family's isolated cabin, where he unexpectedly runs into Iris' sister who is drowning her sorrows following a failed relationship. When Iris surprises the pair the next day, the situation has already become a lot more complicated. The semi-improvised film has an appealing freshness and maturity, with great performances from its three leads.
