For as long as they can remember, Celeste and Jesse have been everything to one another: best friends, lovers, soul mates, husband and wife. When they decide to dispense with the matrimonial part of their relationship and get a divorce, they don't anticipate any problems and continue spending time together. However, their friends are uncomfortable with this arrangement and when they begin dating other people, both begin to wonder whether they've made a mistake. This romantic comedy examines the difference between romantic love and friendship and looks for the humour amid the sadness of a relationship's demise.
Romantic comedy in which Harry and Sally first detest each other, then have a long friendship before finally realising it may be something more.
