Three cynical magazine employees go looking for the story behind an intriguing newspaper classified ad in this charming and clever American low-budgeter that combines sci-fi with offbeat, romantic comedy. The 'wanted' notice is for a time-travelling companion, placed by an eccentric supermarket assistant called Kenneth, who's convinced he can nip through time but doesn't fancy doing his next mission alone. So female mag intern Darius poses as the ideal candidate for the planned trip back to 2001, gaining Kenneth's trust before compromising her assignment by falling for the sweet, lost soul.
