Jin and Bin's mother leaves home in search of their estranged father, leaving them to fend for themselves. "Keep filling the piggybank, and when it's full I'll be back," she tells them. Jin, the eldest, finds ways to earn enough money for her and her sister to live on, such as catching and selling grasshoppers. The more time passes though, the more of a struggle life becomes for the two young girls and Jin begins to worry that her mum might not be coming back after all. The young actors are superb in this moving Korean drama.
