Mia is awoken one night by a bad dream that her father, who has been away working on a remote construction site, is in trouble. Following her instincts, she decides to set off alone on a mission to find and rescue him. Along the way she meets the Migoo - friendly and mischievous wood spirits, who are increasingly disturbed by the destruction of the forest around them to make way for new hotels. Mia realises that not only is her father in trouble, but so is the forest, and the Tree of Life itself. Mia must work with the Migoo to protect the tree and save her father. A charming animation with a strong eco-conscious message.
