Coming of Age
A group of British teenagers find their lives intertwined in mysterious, unexplainable ways, with the story told from multiple viewpoints. Lucidia is a goth whose mother died seven years previously in uncertain circumstances, with her father Gabriel still grieving for his wife. When Lucidia disappears in an apparent alien abduction, Gabriel must turn to Lucidia’s outsider friends to learn as much as possible about his elusive daughter. Spaceship is an experimental and surreal drama which offers a unique take on the teenage experience.
Adapted from Dylan Thomas’ seminal radio play, a number of residents within a fictional Welsh community share stories and poems of their lives.
