Synopsis

Something strange is appearing in the world's skies. Could it be a new, hi-tech plane - or maybe a meteor? No - it is, of course, the Silver Surfer - and the Fantastic Four are called into action to confront the shiny alien who is wreaking havoc everywhere. Among the big action scenes in this fast-paced superhero sequel, there are some neat smaller moments - like the Human Torch suggesting it's time the Four sell sponsorship space on their uniforms to fund their heroic missions.

What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."

- Marlon Perkins, Teacher, Whitstable and Seasalter Endowed CofE Junior School, Kent
