Synopsis

Based on a cult 1960s TV series, The Fugitive is the thrilling story of an innocent man wrongly convicted of murdering his wife. Harrison Ford stars as Dr. Richard Kimble, who escapes from a prison bus and goes on the run in order to find the man who is really responsible for his wife's death. Tommy Lee Jones gives an unforgettable performance as the determined US Marshal who relentlessly pursues Kimble. But as the hunter and the hunted get ever closer, both realise that things might not be as straightforward as they seem.

What our educators say

"Some of them saw a clip from Wakolda (The German Doctor) on TV recently and really wanted to watch it. So I thought I’d take a chance, not expecting them to watch the whole film but the majority were absolutely gripped. "
