Synopsis

Life is going pretty well for Peter Parker, who seems to have finally achieved a life-work balance in combining his relationship with Mary Jane with his responsibilities as a web-slinging superhero. But, as we know, a Spider-Man's life is never easy - and with the return of the Green Goblin, a new supervillain Sandman, and a mysterious alien entity that starts to radically change our Mr Nice-Guy's persona, it's soon business as usual. There's a lot going on here in terms of storylines, but director Sam Raimi manages to hold it together and deliver plenty of thrills along the way.
