Animation, Short Films
Based on the book by Dr Seuss - the creator of The Cat in the Hat and The Grinch - this cheery and sweet animated tale tells the story of Horton the elephant. He's going about his business when he hears a cry for help, which seems to be coming from a tiny bit of dirt - but is actually the microscopic home of the citizens of Whoville. Despite the disbelief of others, Horton decides he must help the Whos even though he can't see them.
PLEASE BE AWARE: After ordering Horton Hears A Who! the disc you will receive will be marked as being a PG certificate - however, this relates to the extra features on the DVD and not the film itself, which is certified with the BBFC as a U.
Into Film has consulted the BBFC, and their guidance is that as long as a club leader screens only the film (and not additional features or audio commentaries etc), Horton Hears A Who! can be treated as a U certificate in a school setting.
