Alvin and the chipmunks is a bit like marmite, you either love animated fluffy chipmunks and really high pitched annoying singing or you hate it and it gets on your nerves. You should watch the film and find out which side you're on! Here's a little introduction on what happens just in case you read this and think it's too bad to watch. Basically three chipmunks (Alvin, Simon and Theodore) are taken to an office block when their tree is chopped down to be a xmas tree. They then go to Dave's house after hitchhiking a lift in a basket of buns. Dave the songwriter then finds out they can sing really well and helps them to become hollywood stars. BUT there is an evil record boss who wants the chipmunks so that he can have all the money, and he kidnaps them. Hope you enjoy watching it, and if you do enjoy it please don't egg my house.
