I watched this, as a fan of the director, Paul King, and a fan of Noel Fielding, and other actors in the movie. I was expecting a lot of laughs, as with Paul King's famous 'The Mighty Boosh', and was pleasantly surprised that while it had many comedy elements, it was actually a brilliant thought provoking film. The story is told in a beautiful and inventive way, revealing things slowly, and blending reality with the surreal to keep the watcher completely captivated all the way through.
I strongly reccomend it for just about anyone with a broad enough mind to admire how elaborate the imagination in this film is.
Also note that there are elements in this film people may find offensive; sexual references, nudity, strong language, and though short, at one point beastiality references.
Even so, the film is somewhat heart warming, and definitely worth watching.
