I thought the film was ok. It was exciting and fun on some occasions but could be quite boring at times. The film was about a group of american boys from a military school are stuck on a deserted island. The children start to form a single group which believes in democracy but unfortunately it fails and the group splits. The two gangs become enemies as the gang run by a dictator starts to thrive and steal members from the other and eventually become a tribe. I thought that the film conveyed the characters quite well. The island which was used was stunning and really made the story come to life
