John Lennon, the god of music, one of the members of the most famous band ever to have walked the earth, and the abbey road zebra crossing... Lennon's life was the life every young man would ever want, the fame, fortune and friends... not too mention the girls. But the film Nowhere Boy shows John Lennon's life wasn't always good. The way he finds out someone who he was told was his aunt Julia, is his mother, he finds his loyalties divided. He was always in trouble with school, always suspended, always chasing girls and getting them. But his life wasn't how it was expected. He got every girl he wanted, him and friend Pete Best were riding on top of buses. But, with the domestic happenings of his life, he could never be as happy. Lennon was portrayed by star 'Aaron Johnson' Johnson played an amazing and gripping role as Lennon when you find out how it really was darkest before the dawn for Lennon. The way he was slumming back, the loss of friends, the loss of family... just those few steps to go and he would be worth a billion. But, life is hard for everyone, he can't have always been a beatle. This is a perfect film of a gripping story. A must watch, I could not get distracted at all, and straight after I spent all night listening to Beatles music. A MUST SEE. Four Stars.
