A very moving, hand clenching, seat hanging film. Are you prepared to watch a filmnot only full of hope but shocks aswell?if so this is a film for you.Starring Tim Robbins,Morgan Freeman and bob gunton. Its a story of a man who was framed for a crime he did not commit.Andy Dufraine(Tim robbins) ends up in prison full of dangerous criminals convicted for the most heinous of crimes. He starts off a very lonley man until he makes a friend Ellis Boyed "Red" Redding (Morgan Freeman). There friendship started slow but day by day it seemed to grow stronger.Helping eachother out till the very end.I feel that this film was very well set and the choice of actors was phenomenal.the storyline on which the film was based is both moving and exhilarating. All in all i feel this film was amazing.
