Whistle down the wind is probably the slowest film ever made, it's style was extremely popular at the time of making, but now it is perceived as nothing more than slow and boring. It is set in the Yorkshire dales is all about three children who go about their normal, boring, lives, until they find "Jesus" in the barn, the main problem being nobody knows who he really is...

If you watch this film, be prepared for a wait, it is stupidly long and drawn out, despite it’s interesting story. There are more biblical references than you could shake a stick at, such as the recurring theme of “We three kings of orient are” or how it’s about Jesus and the innocence of a child’s mind. There are also subtle references to bullying in the film and safety in numbers. And to add insult to injury they don’t have that many different locations! It’s just the same places over and over and over again! There is nothing about it that is even remotely interesting about the film other than just how much it promotes the church of England. But still, if you have 99 minutes to waste/ spare dependent on how you feel about it then go ahead and watch this film. Just remember it is your own time your wasting.
