Animal Farm, a farm with animals is all what I thought it would be about. I thought the characters would be an old, kind farmer and some obedient animals to join him. Oh, I was completely wrong, totally wrong! First of all, the farmer is horrible and vicious and he looks like a human Frankenstein (which is good because it makes him look even more evil)! Secondly, the animals hate him (obviously) and want to get rid of him. So far, so good!

Animal farm is all about politics and having the right to be free and taken care of. That is so not what I expected! After the animals' old pig-leader dies (I hated that moment), Snowball- the cutest pig- takes the lead and guides them in the right direction. They work together as a team and help each other out. Snowball gives a job everyone so they complete it well. He also clearly paints rules on a wall to make sure all the animals are happy. The most important rule was,'All animals are equal!' However, Napoleon ( a bad little piggy) wants to take over and lead the farm himself! What is the plan? What will he do to take over? When he does take over he ignores Snowball's rules and changes them! I found that disgraceful. Only him and the pigs get the luxury and wealth but the rest of the animals get small morsels everyday! The animals have to do something and fast!

Can they fight back with more animals and regain equality? Will they survive Napoleon's reign? Watch this amazing 72 minute film to find out!!!

I have before so many good reviews about Animal Farm therefore I had high expectations for it. I really enjoyed this film and I felt I was part of it. There were so many deaths and fights (not very violent) in it and it made me want to cry my eyes out. However there were some triumphant moments in it too, which made me feel very warm and victorious! My favourite character had to be Boxer (a horse), not only because he was the strongest animal, but also because he put so much effort into the work he was given. His BFF was a small donkey. Something happened to him that broke my heart! I won't tell you, or else I will spoil it.

I rate this film with 5 stars because of the brilliant emotional journey it carried. I recommend it to anyone that loves animals and a bit of funny politics.

Please watch it!!!
