The new and widely acclaimed drama Trust comes from parents dealing with the perils of Internet chat rooms. The story revolves around Clive Owen, whose confidence in his 14-year-old daughter’s as a fierce and independent young lady is destroyed when she falls afoul of a preying paedophile. The story reflects a growing issue of internet chat room and how dangerous it can be. The movie excellently shows the emotion of Will (Clive Owens) and how much an incident like this can damage a family. The movie was good in the way it showed conflicting emotions but I disliked how the film ended the cliff hanger did not do the film justice and that ruined the film. Altogether I found the film satisfactory as there were key issues they could of explored which would of made it so much better.
