Although I'm a Disney fanatic, and I love animated films (since animation is an art in itself), I'm not a big fan of this one. This movie kind of had a Hercules vibe to it (and I don't like that film. You know, the animated one by Disney!). Yeah, this film wasn't a good one for me. The only reason it gets one star is because it's a Disney film and anything by Disney deserves some recognition. So, prepare to delve deep as I most harshly criticize Disney's Pinocchio (man, that's a pain to spell!).
Everyone knows the basic story of this film. A carpenter creates a puppet/marionette and then wishes he had a son. then the puppet becomes a talking, moving being, but not a proper human. And he has a nose that grows a painful amount longer every time he lies. That last statement is the most famous, but is only showcased for about ten minutes of the movie and is easily solved by a magical fairy. The exact thing our teachers tell us WON'T happen. Disney really is something for all ages. Making children dream and adults rethink what they tell their pupils.
Man, I can't think of anything else to say. There are hardly any songs and Pinocchio doesn't really learn anything, he just gets his wishes granted by a magical fairy. Now that's out of the way, I guess I have to sum everything up in a short paragraph. On to the next paragraph!
So, while this isn't really Hercules levels of bad, it isn't that far off (probably the space below it on my list of top five worst Disney films). That's all I have to say right about now. So it's goodbye from me. And KEEEEEP DANCING! Man, I should have made a different reference. Well, too late now.

A very modern fairy tale about a cartoon princess who enters the real world and doesn’t quite fit in.
