Stand By Me (1986)

Paragraph 1 – The movie stand by me is made in American 1986. Young Geordie is a quiet, bookish boy who likes to tell stories. His parents, grieving the recent death of Geordie’s older brother Denny, neglect their younger son. Geordie’s friends are Chris Chambers, whose relatives are criminals and alcoholics; Teddy Duchamp, an eccentric and physically scarred boy; and Vern Tessie, who is overweight and timid. Vern overhears his older brother, Billy, and Billy's friend, Charlie Hogan, discussing Ray Brower, a young boy who has been missing for some time. Geordie, Chris, Teddy, and Vern decide to find Ray's body, hoping to become local heroes. Chris steals his father's and the boys set out, stopping at a nearby junkyard to drink from its water pump. The boys hang out in the junkyard for a while, while Geordie leaves to buy food for the journey. When Geordie returns, he sees his friends jumping the fence to escape Milo Pressman, the junkman, and his dog. Geordie escapes as well. Pressman, infuriated, threatens to call the boys' parents and calls Teddy's father a "loony"; Teddy attempts to attack Pressman, but the boys restrain him and they leave. Paragraph 2 – Here is some of the cast from stand by me. River phoenix, Wil Wheaton, Cory Feldman there is some of the cast names that take part in the movie. Paragraph 3 – The movie was about 3 boys all hang around with their friends on the streets and they would go on advents around were they all live. They would meet their brothers were they hang out around because were they go that is wee there brothers go to hang out. The 3 boys were hoping they become their heroes. Paragraph 4 – I really didn’t like this movie and I wouldn’t watch it again. Paragraph 5 – I give this movie a 6/10.
