An American Tail is all about a family of four mice who want to travel to America to start a better life but on the way there are some twists. Fievel gets lost from his family, but will they ever find each other again?

The main characters are Mama, Papa, Tanya, Fievel, Tony Toponi and Tiger the cat. My favourite character is Tiger because he helps Fievel along the way.

I enjoyed the film. I thought it was a heart filled and an adventurous film with lots of twists and turns. I gave it four stars because it was a good family film.

I would recommend this movie to younger children, like age age seven and under.
