Honey, I Shrunk This Review!

3 stars

Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, is a wonderful film for younger children. I would recommend this film to anyone, from children the age of four to Grandparents that have experienced almost everything... Everything, but this film. This film is full of adventures and great for young minds. Who knew a garden could be so dangerous. But when your as small as a flee, you see from a whole new angle.

Generally, I loved this film. For an 80s, it was quite impressive with the technology it used, such as greenscreen and special effects. With the technology now, it could be much better quality.

Honey, I Shrunk the Kids could have been about your normal american family but no. This film is about a family with a inventor for a husband. For Weeks, maybe months? This inventor has been working on a shrinking machine. Everything goes swell, but the inventor just can't get the machine to work. Then disaster strikes... One day, while both parents are away at work. The neighbour hits a baseball into the attic ,which is where the father works. When they go to retrieve the ball, they find the machine is working. You guess what's going to happen? They get shrinked.
