This beautiful, quirky film takes its characters from Lewis Carroll's classic books, but builds a new adventure from them.

A gory story

4 stars

17 Oct 2019

Now, this is why I called it a gory story. Because at the beginning of the movie the little old mouse got out her little sword and plucked out the big dog's eye. Also she stabbed Alice's toe three times with a little sword. Again we hear some more gory stuff such as heads cut off, and fake body parts that look disgusting like big droopy chins and long noses.

Now here is the good part about this film. It had plenty of adventures, plenty of excitement and just enough characters for a good story. My favourite part was when she puts on the armour and gets a glass sword ready to fight the jabberwocky. I think this movie could improve a little with less complication and less gory things. I forgot to mention, Alice got sharp fangs dug into her arm.

I LOVED THIS MOVIE (!) except for the gory parts
