The Railway Children (1970)

This film was very exciting for all of the things that happened. For example: the children stopping the train and saving a boy on the track. My favourite character was the old gentleman because he was the only one who waved back to the children at first, and they were just ignored to start with. My favourite part was when they (Peter, Phyllis and Bobby) sat on the fence and waved their little flags, and everybody else on the train stuck their heads out of the window and started waving theirs. I think that it would be a great idea if their mother wrote a story about what the children did to save lives, so she could write stuff like "the three children went and found a boy called Thomas lying with a broken leg in a tunnel". Of she could write "the children managed to stop a huge train".

I would like to see if they would be able to move back to London once their dad had come back, and if they wanted to move back.

This movie was very interesting and I would like to watch it in Film Club again.
