there is a group of main characters. but the main boy is called shoya. they are very particular because they are anime so it shard to connect to them but for some reason the movie connected with me and I felt empathy for shoku as again she was a main character but is a victim of the bullying. The most interesting character for me is shoya because he changed a lot throughout the movie and I would like to know more about him.if a different character was added it would be different t in many ways because it would change the relationships between everyone. This is all based in Japan in a high school and than later on when they grow up as well. The setting changes when something good or bad is happening for example when shoya was coming back to shoku it was rising but because they were happy to see each other even though it is meant to be the opposite .It could have happened in a different place but it might not have been effective as it is now.If it was at Dwight no one would let shoku get bullied in the fist place.this movie is about a group of high school kids that take in a new girl that is deaf. Her being deaf meant that she had to write in a book so people can understand her and she had to read lips and the teachers decided to teach students how to sign to her but everyone just bullied her and the main character shoya was the main person that done these stuff to her.this lead her to then leave the school. when she left the school time skipped to the future when they are a bit older.IN the future everything gets better. in real time this might go over a month.after the story ended I belive shoku and shoe got back together and everyone is friends.i really enjoyed this anime. anime wouldn't normally be my style of movies but it was really gapped and I really enjoyed it and the story line is good.
