In this film I enjoyed the details they added to the animals, like when Chance got the porcupine needles in his face as they made it look really realistic. My favourite character was Shadow because he knew everything as he was an older dog. He was also very good at telling Chance and Sassy what to do and wouldn't back down once he had made a decision. I would recommend this film to people aged 5+ as it was hilarious but a little dark. I didn't enjoy this film as much as many of the other films made by Disney. I felt that it wasn't made as realistic as it could be because the animals' mouths didn’t move. I also thought though that the animals played their parts really well and the actor’s voices fitted them PERFECTLY!
