When I heard that we would be watching titanic in film club I was petrified, as I know it is a rather historic, graphic movie which is not my cup of tea, so I was quite surprised when I enjoyed so many elements of it.
Some of my favourite parts of this movie include the fabulous music that sets the scene so well, the brilliant acting throughout, the beginning and how it is set in modern times and the story is being told by older Rose and most importantly when Rose dies of old at the end, it came as an honest shock to me, but I loved how her Heaven included Jack and all the other lives on Titanic.
Personally I would not watch this film again but that is purely due to the historic side of it and I am really proud of myself for watching this film there were some points were I had to leave the room and was initially hesitant to show up, but I finished it and I discovered that Titanic is an amazing film.
