The iron giant was a good film. There was a range of different up and down moments to help the viewer feel the emotions in the film. We meet a number of characters in this for example, Hogarth Hughes and the iron giant who are the main 2 characters, Hogarths mum Annie Hughes, Dean Mcoppin the customer in the diner and then who is later on a worker at a scrapyard, the investigator kent mansley, general Rogard as well as a few others. It shows that friendship is an important thing and to be kind to people.
I liked the part where the iron giant helps Dean make the giant art sculpture and also the part where Hogarth gets spinned around in the red car by the iron giant . some things that would make it better would be if mr mansley wasn't so interested in talking to hogarth but as it was set in 1950, it was good considering that. Overall, i recommend this film to a younger audience but that doesnt mean its not good for adults or any age as well,
