Matilda well was Brilliant the plot felt like you were reading the book word to word. The whole movie was about bulling and that Matida was getting bullied by the head teacher Mrs Trunchbull and her parents so she had to stand up to it. It was properly a commercial movie and the funniest bit is when Matilda glues his fathers hat to his head so he has to shave it off with all of his hair still stuck to it. The brother and dad were the funniest because they were dumb and fogetful so when something happened the dad wouln't realize into it was too late. it reminded me of harry potter as the mum and dad are mean to him also he could do magic like Matilda. Also the other thing is that the special effects of the magic was awsome how even did they get it to fly. I would recommend it to Roald Dahar fans and comical movie fans. My over all opion is that I licked it as it was funny and made me laugh a cople of times I would prefere action or adventure films more.
