What can I say about the once in a lifetime experience that is Wallace and Gromit: The Wrong Trousers that hasn't already been said about the wheel, the printing press, penicillin and every other revolution to how humans live.
This film is another wacky adventure from film icons Wallace and Gromit, where this time Wallace has created a pair of automatic trousers that walk for him, meanwhile gromit is struggling to accept the presence of his new house mate.
This film is incredible. It has nothing short of changed my life. The eye-pleasing stop-motion animation combined with the dry, witty humour makes this film an experience like no other for people of so many ages. I remember watching it as a child and enjoying the film and it's comedic premise, but now, many years on, I can still come back and watch this film and pick up on new details, mainly clever puns I never picked up on.
While the camera work in this film is nothing special on it's own, just the effort alone put into the stop-motion is impressive enough to make up for this. The soundtrack to this film is simplistic, but effective, despite it's near seemless integration into the settings, I often find myself humming the famous main score that features in all films about Wallace and Gromit on a regular basis.
I cannot recommend this film highly enough for people of any age, it is a good watch whether you are with friends, or on your own.
