Welcome to the second James Bond film with Pierce Brosnan continuing as the spy. This time with join him in China working with a Chinese Agent whose name is Wai Lin who is played by Michelle Yeoh. I watched this film on Thursday the 21st of September 2023 and here is what the film is all about With the world teetering on the brink of World War III a mysterious destruction of a British warship in international waters, get surprisingly sunk and the crew get killed so that is when agent James Bond (007) must find out who is pitting two of the world's superpowers against each other. As Bond embarks on a life-or-death mission to expose the lunatic mastermind behind the dangerous schemes, Meanwhile Elliot Carver plans his next move--the expert manipulator always seems to be one step ahead of the competition. Now, the unstoppable MI6 agent has to dice with death to pull the plug on the megalomaniac's global media empire with the help of two unexpected allies. Of course, the team must succeed before Carver manages to engineer an irreversible world crisis. But as Carver's press thirsts for blood, can Bond prevent the impending catastrophe in less than 48 hours or will he not? This review has been given a four star rating which means I liked the film because I felt that this have more action than GoldenEye had, I also liked how Q treats Pierce Brosnan by telling him to grow up and stop acting like a child when it came to his gadgets or toys as what James likes to call them. Please join me for the next one which is called The World Is Not Enough.
