Hello and welcome to another childhood book of mine that has been made into a film by Walt Disney as it was for are Disney challenge which is a challenge based on Disney Movies though the years that we own on DVD or can get on Disney+. The film is called Pollyanna which was made in the year of 1960 and based on the book which was wrote by Eleanor Porter and where we watched it on Tuesday 24th of October 2023. The film is about A young orphan girl who is 12 years old her name is Pollyanna Whittier after the loss of both parents she now must go and live with her Aunt Polly in Harrington. But something happens to her which means she needs to go away again but only until she gets better but before she goes she transforms the town with her invincible will and goodness. So you might need some tissues as it could make you cry. This review has been given a five star rating which means I loved it because this is one of my favourite childhood books to read more than once my other favourite books are Little Women, The Railway Children, A Little Princess and The Secret Garden. Thank you for reading my review on Pollyanna next week for are challenge we are still in the year of 1960 with a film called Swiss Family Robinson.
