This film was about a family of foxes who lived underground in a den and Mr Fox wanted to move in to an oak tree on a hill. Later, the foxes encountered different challenges with the farmers. First, they met Boggis, then Bunce and then Bean, who is the strictest of them all. I really enjoyed this film because the way that the fur was moving in the wind was rather clever. Also, I like the way that they zoomed in closely to the characters faces when they showed an expression. This story is similar to “The Three Little Pigs” because the pigs, just like the foxes, were trying to avoid trouble. I have read the book “Fantastic Mr Fox” and found that there were some differences with the language used, however overall, it was quite similar. I would recommend this film to any child as it has great animations, a good plot and no violence. It also is quite comical, so would be ideal to watch if you’re feeling sad. If there was a second film, I reckon it could be about the foxes moving home again and living next to three chicken factories, with three menacing factory workers causing mayhem!
