Hello my loyal viewers again, I like Star Wars but I never knew that the franchise impact is from Dune in fact the Si-Fi Genre. Dune is a franchise I knew nothing about, I never read the book, the original movie and etc. So after I watch it, I was like: "Hey, it's a good movie." So welcome to my Mr. Beast channel so today we are going to do the Dune challenge, review?
SHOT! (Bullet shot)
Not me Lenard! Who's side are you on?
Any ways without a further-a-do here's are my top 3 reasons about Dune information;
Number 1: The casting is perfection!: So yeah I think the casting is a great choice, Timothée Chalamet in particular for me. In fact my family loves Timothée Chalamet and my sister has a carboard cut out of him. I actually didn't realised he's him! I think what makes Timothée Chalamet a great actor is how he can manage to put the tone of he's voice to fit the style of the movie. Compare to the actress Aquafina (pls, don't kill me! I'm not being sexists!) I'm trying not to be rude but she is constantly always making the same impression over, over and over again makes really tiring, the point you can't her seriously. Timothée Chalamet in the other hand can do any genre and that's part of the reason why I think he's a good actor.
Number 2: It has animation!: Animated by Legendary Studios in my opinion one of the best 3D live action movies. I mean they made the Monster-verse movies with Godzilla vs. Kong and the Monster-verse puts every other Cinematic Universe to shame. It's very well made! We are living in a dystopia world where every action movie overused CGI and every VFX sound artists and workers getting underpaid. So I appreciated that they used CGI in a respectful manner! I love the Sand Worm! It's one of the biggest highlights for me, they are so creepy and both threating at the same time. I just adore these designs! Jeez, imagine your living in a world with this.
Number 3: It got a story: To make an long story short, it was a big flick for me, I'm not saying its bad I'm saying it's a bit much for me with the plot. I think it takes me a few re-watches to get used and maybe it's a little too long for me, I don't know. It's not full of plot holes I just find it a bit confusing, but even then I highly recommended to people to watch this because for my money it's better then many other Si-Fi films out there.
Final thoughts: So yeah, that Dune and it was good. However I didn't love as much as people do but hope for the sequel because I have not seen yet! It has great cinematography, writing, animation and of course Timothée Chalamet.
So that's everything I got to say!
