This session explores how to use the Into Film iPad app Storymaker: The Gruffalo Edition in the classroom. Suitable for educators of children aged 5-7, we will use the popular animated film The Gruffalo and the 3Cs and 3Ss to develop pupils' literacy skills, such as decoding, inference and creative writing. We will then use introductory-level editing skills to create and select our own new dialogue and narrative, sound effects and soundtracks to accompany scenes taken from The Gruffalo.
Please note that an Into Film Club account is required for use of the app. Set up a free club today.
