'Space Coffee' wins Into Film: Into Space & Home: 13 and Over

Congratulations to Eleanor Webb-Thomas, from Shrewsbury, whose ingenious Space Coffee has won our special Into Film: Into Space & Home category at the 2017 Into Film Awards.

Space Coffee, which you can watch above, is an ingeniously low-key film about space travel. Sometimes getting ready in the morning can feel like a bit of a mission, can't it? This short comedy will ensure you never think about your morning cup of joe in the same way again!

My favourite entry. Such a simple idea - and brilliantly executed. Clever intercutting and use of archive. A real pleasure.

Tom MacDonald, BBC Head of Knowledge Commissioning and Into Film Awards Judge

The Into Film: Into Space & Home award was supported by UK Space Agency, and was presented by actors George Blagden and Sophie Cookson.

I'm absolutely delighted to have won this award and I really hope it will help me to move forward in the industry and gain recognition.
