A film guide that looks at Arrival (2016), in which an alien spacecraft lands on earth, leading the military to recruit an expert linguist to try and gauge whether or not they come in peace.  

This guide is useful for exploring topics including Science, Politics, Citizenship and Media Studies in addition to highlighting themes surrounding aliens, life and death, love and relationships, books and plays, and scientific theories.
