This practical session helps teachers and educators improve curricular learning, assessment and attainment through the use of filmmaking techniques.
Step-by-step guidance will be provided on activities that can be used across the curriculum. Into Film will provide iPads to support activities in this session. Advice will also be given how to adapt these techniques to suit your classroom environment, specific learners' needs and assessment objectives.
As well as building teacher confidence in filmmaking, we'll introduce you to a range of activities that will help your young people develop a range of skills including teamwork, time management, creative problem-solving as well as unique approach to supporting pupil-voice.
You'll also get to hear direct first-hand classroom filmmaking experience with our Into Film Club Ambassador (and teacher), Robin Halls.
"Great hands-on practical session, with lots of ideas and chances to share best practice." - Amy Cox, Education Programme Manager, Scotland
