...wow. I'm not surprised this film is rated as it is as some scenes were a bit...yeah...but the concept of the film is a great one. Having a film set about teenage soldiers, with a mid-teen leading the brutality seems like a shocking idea, but it happens, and showing the true-ish world of this has impact. But yeah, lots of swearing (but it's in the subtitles). It's a good film, but I wouldn't recommend anyone under the age of 15 to watch it, as it's kinda disturbing in some places...
