3.14159265358979323846 Is the numerical constant known as Pi, this constant is used to determine the circumference of circles... however its should be better known as the name of film produced in 1998 by Darren Aronofsky, and the reason that i say such things is that Pi is in all manners an amazing film. The film centers around a quick yet disturbed mathematician who is looking for a number that he can use to determine trends on the stock market with the help of his very own homegrown computer named Euclid, Now there are some light issues in looking for trends in the stock market, and that is cooperate business men who will do anything to be able to make quick and accurate predictions based on stock, not to mention some random jews thrown in for good measure. The film was produced on a low budget, however it is well produced through various means such as the soundtrack and the over-exposed camera work which both give the viewer a glance into max's deteriorating mental state, but despite this the small budget does show through the lack of locations. Pi however is an example to show that great films really can be made on a budget and without using the same rehashed concepts as most Hollywood films today.
