This film was amazing with the deepness of the view of how bad rasism was so bad in the 90s they way how at the beach the woman lenning over the balcony and she finds her little girl Susan with Anna and they have no where to stay and she offers here spare room up and Anna's little girl won't appecpt that she is coulored and she keeps calling herself white and when her mum goes to the school to give her water proof shoes and the teacher says I have no coulored child in my class and she goes to her daughter and says why did you not tell them and then she runs out and miss Laura acting career picks up they move to a nice house and she meets a nice boy and she sneaks out to see him and he asks he if her mother is coulored and she says does it matter and she backs up into a bin and he beats her up she runs home and she won't tell her what happened and she runs off and gets a job at gental men's club and her mother finds out to cut a logn story short she finds out her mother died and fells really bad she is really upset and they settle down with the three of them in the book I really enjoyed the film and I wish there was a second part
